You need an orientation program. There's no information filtering through unless the employee raises a question. I, for one, find myself hoping I'm doing things correctly and then I'll get a call or email stating "you should have done it this way". Ok, that's fine, but for the employees' confidence level, it would be better to have that information beforehand.
